My Story

Hi, I'm Sandy! Sandy's Homemade was born out of a simple belief: the best gifts are the ones that feel personal. I've always had a passion for creating — for turning an idea into something tangible, something someone can hold in their hands and know was made just for them. What started as a hobby quickly grew into something I couldn't stop doing, because nothing beats the feeling of a customer's reaction when they receive a gift that's truly theirs.

Every tumbler, tee, keychain, pouch, cake topper, and ornament I make carries a little piece of that passion. I pour my heart into every single order, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

How It Works

Custom orders are my specialty, and the process is simple and fun:

1. Share your vision — Tell me what you're dreaming of. Colors, names, themes, occasions — the more details, the better!
2. I create a mockup — Before I ever start making your item, I'll send you a digital mockup so you can see exactly what it will look like.
3. You approve it — Love it? Great! Want a tweak? No problem. We get it just right before I begin.
4. I handmake your item — Once you give the green light, I get to work crafting your one-of-a-kind piece with care and attention to detail.

How do I place a custom order?

It's easy! Reach out through our Contact page or send a message with your idea. Share as many details as you can — names, colors, themes, occasion — and I'll get back to you to get started.

Will I see my design before it's made?

Absolutely! I always create a digital mockup for your approval before I begin making your item. You'll have the chance to request changes until you're completely happy with the design.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders may take 3–5 business days to process. Please note that custom shirts can take up to 2 weeks to process, as the transfers are ordered from an outside source. Shipping is done on business days only, which may add additional time depending on your location. A timeframe and approximate delivery date will be given per order. 

What kinds of items can I personalize?

So many things! I currently offer personalized tumblers, tees, keychains, pouches, cake toppers, and ornaments. If you have something specific in mind, just ask — I love a creative challenge!

Are your tumblers safe to use?

Yes! All of my tumblers are BPA-free, so you can sip with peace of mind.
